  ‘Easy Pace Channel Islands’ tour of England’s Channel Islands.

The tour launch comes hot on the heels of the movie adaptation of The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, starring Kenneth Branagh.

Beginning in Guernsey, clients will learn why this tiny island held such fascination for the original novel’s author, Mary Ann Shaffer. Accommodation is in the historic five-star Old Government House Hotel, which retains the elegance of a bygone era and offers views of the harbour, castle and sea.

The tour then moves on to the island of Jersey, where clients will check into the Pomme d’Or Hotel in the centre of the island’s capital, St Helier. Highlights include a visit to Mont Orgeuil Castle and a trip to the Jersey War Tunnels, which recall everyday life during the five years of German occupation.
